These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KUDUK mobile application ("App") and related services provided by KUDUK ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the KUDUK App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our App.

KUDUK is an agroforestry calculator mobile application that provides:

• Financial projections for different farming scenarios
• Calculation tools for monoculture, full agroforestry, and gradual replanting strategies
• Reference data including crop yields, market prices, and agricultural constants
• Visual reports and analysis tools for farm planning

3. User Accounts and Registration

Currently, our App does not require user registration. All data is stored locally on your device. We may introduce account features in the future, and such features will be subject to additional terms.
